No Returns or Refunds Policy for Custom Print-on-Demand Products

Welcome to Platinum Riddle, where every item is uniquely created on demand for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand products, we adhere to a strict ‘No Returns’ policy.
1. All Sales are Final:
Once an order is placed at Platinum Riddle, it is immediately sent for production. Therefore, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
2. Exception for Faulty Items:
If the product arrives defective or damaged, please contact us at platinumriddle@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. We require photo evidence of the defect or damage. Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
3. Accuracy of Product Representation:
We strive to accurately represent our products in our store. However, slight variations in color or design may occur due to the print-on-demand process. These are not considered defects.
4. Customer Responsibility:
Please ensure that all personalization details, such as size, color, and design, are correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided specifications.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
