1) Free Shipping on Orders Over $50:
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $50. This benefit is automatically applied at checkout. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates will apply.
2) Order Processing:
Orders are processed and sent for production within 24 hours of order placement. Please note that once an order is in production, it cannot be changed or canceled.
3) Tracking Your Order:
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, enabling you to monitor the progress of your package.
4) Shipping Delays:
While we do our best to meet all delivery estimates, Platinum Riddle is not responsible for delays due to carrier issues or weather conditions.
